This conference refers to the dynamic and evolving areas within the field of biology that are at the forefront of scientific exploration and discovery.
This interdisciplinary domain encompasses a diverse range of sub-disciplines, each contributing to our understanding of life and its complexities and opens up exciting avenues for addressing global challenges, including healthcare, environmental sustainability, and the preservation of biodiversity.
The director of CIRAm, Giulia Guerriero, was invited to organize the Conference, and discussed in her keynote speech her experience of work conducted in her laboratories (Comparative Endocrinology Laboratories, EClab) as part of CIRAm's research activities with colleagues from MUNA-Mediterranean and Middle East University Network Agreement (MUNA_Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt etc)
